GCU Club Beach Volleyball is a growing team in the Grand Canyon University Club Sports program. Ready to begin its second year in 2018-19, GCU Club Beach Volleyball provides an opportunity for students to meet new friends, compete, travel and take pride in representing their university while focusing on earning their degrees. We strive to provide a positive and energetic student experience and help create memories that will last a lifetime, while still allowing students time to focus on their academic journeys at GCU.
GCU Club Beach Volleyball played its first match in February 2018, and looks to continue its growth to allow more opportunities for student involvement. GCU Club Beach Volleyball consists of fall practices and scrimmages, and a competitive season in the spring. The team competes locally against in-state community colleges, four-year colleges and other programs. They also compete in tournaments and in-house competitions to provide unique and positive team experiences as well as an opportunity to promote Grand Canyon University to a more diverse audience.
We are looking forward to future GCU students joining Club Beach Volleyball as we work to build our program.
